In 2009, Walmart International began to increase its global footprint by designing and implementing a Global eCommerce Platform.
As lead designer, I was responsible for the customer-facing web application. This included creating compelling front-end customer experiences to enhance the browse process, simplifying the shopping cart and checkout, and providing informative post-purchase support and account management capabilities.
Leading a team of 5, the process included delivering customer research, personas, scenarios, storyboards, interaction page flows, wireframes, functional requirements, and creative compositions for over 6 countries. We collaborated with creative partners to ensure an inspiring brand experience.
