Walmart Localization

Following up the initial Global eCommerce Platform design, I was responsible for leading the functional track and involved in helping localize the platform to multiple countries. This included usability testing with the local markets to determine localization updates, and prototyping these updates for handoff to engineering.

The project also included designing and localization country operations – including eCommerce business processes like Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Support, Reporting, etc.
